Site selection and feasibility
Review access, parking, neighbouring buildings, wind, solar orientation and night-time noise as well as plot dimensions. Indoor or covered courts also require checks for clear height, ventilation and condensation. For multi-court facilities, player circulation and maintenance access should be resolved in the initial layout.

Imported systems also require clear assumptions for currency, freight, customs and last-mile delivery. Evaluate five-year energy, maintenance and spare-part costs alongside the initial price.
