RHB Grass ShockPad 12

RHB Grass ShockPad 12 is a resilient intermediate layer with a nominal 12 mm thickness, used beneath the turf carpet in compatible artificial-turf sports systems. Selection cannot be based on thickness alone: material structure, density, water permeability, compression and tensile behaviour, dimensional tolerance, joints and the tested performance of the complete turf system require review. Values such as impact attenuation, energy restitution, vertical deformation or player-surface interaction must not be generalised from the pad in isolation; they apply only to the complete tested build-up. Roll dimensions, installation direction, restraint, overlap or joint detail and substrate-flatness requirements are verified from current technical documentation and the project specification.
