RHB Fill Silica

RHB Fill Silica is a washed, suitably graded silica-sand infill used as a mineral stabilisation layer and for fibre support in synthetic-turf systems. Even distribution between the fibres can add ballast and help the yarn remain upright; in systems with a performance infill it is commonly considered as the lower infill layer. Particle shape and grading, moisture, fines and dust content, purity, packaging and consumption per square metre must be verified for the selected turf model. Unsuitable sharp, excessively fine, contaminated or damp material can cause installation and maintenance problems, so the product must not be treated as interchangeable with ordinary construction sand.
