Anti-Static Epoxy Flooring System is a multi-layer coating solution intended to help conduct electrostatic charge toward a defined grounding arrangement in electronics production, laboratory and controlled technical areas. Concrete preparation, primer, conductive layer or copper-strip layout, finish coat and grounding points are designed as one system. Target electrical resistance, test method, chemical and mechanical resistance, slip, fire and hygiene requirements must be verified against the project specification and current technical documentation.
Selection and technical review
Provide vehicle types, wheel and point loads, traffic, chemicals, temperature, cleaning regime and concrete condition. Epoxy layers, modular PVC and anti-static systems have different requirements; verify electrical resistance or load class using the selected system's documents and test method.
Application and handover preparation
Plan production interruptions, phases, preparation, joints, grounding needs and curing or installation time. Agree acceptance checks, maintenance and repairs with the operating team. A product name alone does not imply unlimited loading, chemical resistance or ESD compliance.
