Smart Surface Architecture
Our smart surface technology is built on a layered architecture that optimizes drainage, shock absorption and long-life performance at the same time.
From top to base the architecture is composed as follows: a high-density artificial turf fibre at the top, an elastic shock-absorbing layer beneath it (EPDM / PU shock pad), a drainage layer that rapidly removes water, and a compacted, correctly graded base at the bottom. This staged structure keeps the field playable even in wet weather and extends turf life.
The sports surfaces we install are built to FIFA Quality and ITF standards; ball bounce, foot grip and abrasion resistance are kept at professional play level. With correct maintenance and periodic inspection, the surface retains its day-one performance for years.
