It helps balance surface absorption and create a controlled bonding layer for the subsequent coat. Concrete strength and moisture, surface profile, mixing ratio, pot life, coverage, application temperature, overcoating interval and any sand broadcast requirement must be confirmed from the current technical data before work begins.
