Geared-Roller Artificial-Turf Aerator

The Geared-Roller Artificial-Turf Aerator is a tow-behind maintenance attachment that loosens compacted performance infill through the slight lifting and separating action of coupled rollers fitted with short teeth. Unlike natural-grass aerators that pierce soil with long spikes, it works between fibres at the correct setting to assist with surface hardness and infill mobility. Working depth, roller contact, direction, speed and repeat passes must be established by trial to protect seams, markings and turf backing. Hitch, working width, tooth geometry, operating weight, power requirement and compatibility with the installed system are confirmed from current technical documentation.
