Coordination of international transport, export and import documents, customs procedures and final delivery under the agreed DDP scope. Commodity classification, country rules, importer feasibility, duties and taxes are confirmed before quotation. Selection and technical review
Define the goods, quantity, dimensions and weight, origin country, final address and requested delivery terms. Check importer eligibility, customs and tax scope, carrier restrictions and site access before quotation; responsibilities under different delivery models are not interchangeable.
Application and handover preparation
Clarify who manages appointments, vehicle access, unloading equipment, counts, damage checks and proof of delivery. Express-service selection depends on current carrier conditions; do not assume a guaranteed delivery time or that every extra charge is included.
