Existing or developing projects are reviewed for physical progress, contractual scope, technical quality, remaining work, budget assumptions, permits and material risks. The scope may include a site visit and document review; the outcome is not a guarantee of market value or completion.
Selection and technical review
Review land and permit status, technical scope, existing contracts, capital and operating costs, demand assumptions and programme. Separate confirmed data from estimates and identify missing information and sensitive assumptions alongside the results. This is project decision support, not a return guarantee or a trading recommendation.
Application and handover preparation
Keep the review scope, data date, sources, scenarios and open decisions traceable in the report. Update conclusions when cost, duration, occupancy or revenue assumptions change; do not assume discretionary authority or asset-management services are included.
