The RHB Residential Site Management Platform is configured to track units, residents, dues, collections, expenses, maintenance requests, announcements and management reports in a shared record structure for residential complexes or apartment buildings. Screens for the management team and residents are separated by role and permission; notification and payment flows can connect to selected services. Accounting or ERP integration requires a separate data-mapping and control process. Property structure, accrual rules, payment provider, document retention, personal-data roles, support and available modules are verified before the project begins.
